A hiker is recovering after falling 30 feet near Moxie Falls.Antonio Jacobs of China was hiking with three friends Monday afternoon when he slipped and fell down into Moxie Gorge near Moxie Stream. The stream is at the base of Moxie Falls, Maine’s tallest waterfall.Maine Game Wardens, with the help of West Forks Fire and volunteers, hiked down to Jacobs and placed him in a rescue basket. He was flown to Eastern Maine Medical Center where he was treated for abrasions and injured ankle.
