FERRY TOUR, WHICH IS THE LEVEL BELOW THE P-G-A TOUR, WILL MAKE ITS SECOND ATTEMPT TO BRING PRO GOLF TO MAINE NEXT JUNE. THE INAUGURAL LIVE AND WORK MAINE OPEN WILL TAKE PLACE THE WEEK OF JUNE 21ST AT THE FALMOUTH COUNTRY CLUB. THE TOUR WAS SCHEDULED TO MAKE ITS FIRST STOP IN MAINE THIS PAST JUNE BUT WAS CANCELED DUE TO COVID-19 CONCERNS. NEXT YEAR WILL BE THE START OF A FIVE YEAR CONTRACT FOR THE EVENT IN MAINE. The Korn Ferry Tour, which is the level below the PGA Tour, will make its second attempt to bring pro golf to Maine next summer.The Live and Work Maine Open will take place the week of June 21 at the Falmouth Country Club.The tour was scheduled to stop in Maine this past summer but was canceled due to the pandemic.Next year’s event will be the start of a five-year contract to hold the open in Maine.
